Biography:
Vidyasagar was born into a Telugu Brahmin family of musicians andbrought up in Chennai. His grandfather Varaha Narasimha Murthy was the court 'Vidhwan' forthe king of Vijayanagaram Bobili in the state of Andhra Pradesh.Vidyasagar started learning vocal classical music and harmonium fromhis father at the age of four.
